BROWN, Grafton James "Hap" Died on May 20, 2015, 90, longtime resident of Temple, NH formerly of Wakefield, MA and Medford, MA. A U.S. Army Air Force veteran of World War II and Korea. Beloved husband of Evelyn (Stewart) Brown of Milford, NH. Devoted father of Frank (Chris) Brown of Mont Vernon, NH, Cheryl (Sonny) Hazelton of Quincy, MA, Diane (Clay) Hillyer of South Windsor, CT and William (Ry) Brown of Brattleboro, VT. Loving grandfather of Jeffrey, Herbie, Jimmy, Clayton, Sam and Brittany. Brother of Graham Brown of Boston, MA and the late Leon, Fred, Frank, Theodore and Grant Brown and Mary Carmo. Family defined Hap. He put other family members before himself and was fiercely loyal to those he loved. A private service will be held by the family. In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory may be made to the American Cancer Society or Visiting Nurse Association of Peterborough, NH.
