PELLECCHIA, Helen M. (Luongo) Lifelong resident of East Boston, on Dec.11th, at 92 years. Loving mother of Pamela A. Console & husband Thomas of Winthrop, Jean Como & husband John of FL, Joseph Pellecchia & wife Regina of Medford, Paul Pellecchia & wife Kelly of Winthrop, and the late Peter A. Pellecchia, Jr. Cherished grandmother of 8 grandchildren and great-grandmother of 6 great-grandchildren. She was the daughter of the late Marino & Amalia Luongo. Dear sister of the late Annette Marcella, Carmella Luongo, Alfred Luongo, Grace Zuccaro, Frank Luongo and George Luongo. She is also lovingly survived by her late longtime companion, Henry Saganov; and many nieces, nephews, grandnieces, and grandnephews. Family & friends are respectfully invited to attend Visiting Hours on Tuesday, Dec. 17th, from 4:00 – 8:00 p.m., in the Vertuccio Smith & Vazza Beechwood Home for Funerals, 262 Beach St., REVERE. A Funeral will be conducted from the funeral home on Wednesday, Dec. 18th, beginning at 8:30 a.m., followed by a Funeral Mass at 10:00 a.m. in St. Michael the Archangel Parish, 320 Winthrop St., Winthrop. Interment immediately followed in Woodlawn Cemetery, Everett. In lieu of flowers, remembrances may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude’s Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
