Marie, Sandra & Stephen---The happy memories of the times I spent with Mac will always remain deep in my heart. He was such a great guy and a loving person with an Irish wit and smile that touched everyone who knew him. I loved him will miss him very much. Know that I will keep all of you in my thoughts and prayers.---MaryAnne/Aunt MaryAnne

I am so deeply sad, I have thought about "Dad" McManus many times through out my life. He was always there with an encouraging word and a dry sense of humor. My fondest memories of him are always interlaced with the little trouble Sam and I would get into and how he managed to not get to mad, his office in Mt. View with all of the "Fighting Irish" memorabilia and of course finding him on the golf course, not to mention the accent that he said he never had (I apparently am the one with the accent). He helped mold my future and for that I will be forever thankful.

I LOVE YOU and I know that you are probably playing golf right now on the perfect course as write in this book. It's time to play with God now, try to let him win a few rounds.
