JAMES J. "JIM" ROBINSON

ROBINSON, James J. "Jim" Of Quincy and Dennis, MA. Loving husband of Virginia Manzella, died peacefully on June 28, 2016 surrounded by his family after a short battle with leukemia. Jim was, and always will be, a Marine and served in the Korean War. Following his service, he had a successful career in the financial services industry which included positions as Assistant Treasurer at State Street Bank, President of GTE Shareholder Services, and Director at Equiserve/Computershare. In addition to his wife Virginia, Jim is survived by his children James Jr and his wife Susan of Pocasset, MA, David of Dallas, TX, Melissa and her husband Art Healey of Southborough, MA, Ursula and her husband Tom Daley of Dennis, MA and many loving grandchildren: Brittany and Nicholas Robinson, Shannon, Erin and Kathryn Healey, Alyssa, Kelsey, Elle, Mara, Cameron, Jane and Cooper Daley. Jim was also survived by his sister Claire Shea of Reading, MA, and pre-deceased by his sister Winifred Leonard, and brother Stephen Robinson. Relatives and friends are invited to attend visiting hours on Tuesday, July 5th, from 4-8pm, at the JF Ward Funeral Home, 772 Broadway, EVERETT; and Funeral Mass on Wednesday, July 6th at 10am, at Immaculate Conception Church, 487 Broadway, Everett.
