JOHN HAROLD RAMSAY Jr.

RAMSAY, John Harold, Jr. Of Peabody, 70, dear companion of Mary Anne Arnold of Peabody, died Sunday at the Kaplan Family Hospice House in Danvers, surrounded by his family. Born in Jamaica Plain, he was the son of the late John H. Sr. and Alice (Morris) (Ramsay) McKinnon. His father died at a young age and he was raised by his mother and step father, the late John L. McKinnon. In addition to his dear companion, John is survived by his daughter, Royanne Ramsay of Peabody, his sons, John "Nick" Ramsay III of Peabody and Chris Ramsay and his wife Suzanne of West Wareham, his grandchildren, Casandra, Michael, Anthony, John IV, Joey and Lily, his sisters, Catherine Leofanti and her husband Paul of Wakefield, Mary Cobb and her husband Russell of Danvers, Helen Kolodziej and her husband Kenneth of Peabody and Maureen McKinnon of Peabody and several nieces and nephews and his dear Canine Yorkie "Bridie" whom he lovingly referred to as"My Dogie". His funeral service will be held in The O'Donnell Funeral Home, 46 Washington Sq., (at Salem Common) SALEM, Friday at 10 A.M. Relatives and friends invited. Burial in Greenlawn Cemetery, Salem. Visiting hours Thursday from 4 to 7 P.M.
