Mike and I are very sorry for your loss! Gaboo was a fixture in the neighborhood when we first moved in and my kids loved riding their bikes up and down the street and seeing and talking with both of your parents! Glad he is at peace now with Joan.

Christine and I are very sorry for you loss, he was a great guy and he and your mom where a big part of our lives when we were just starting out in life as couple. They even helped me get an engagment ring for Chris, your dad even sent me a big, "a very big" Bowie Knife when I was in Vietnam Nam. I wore it proudly and used it every day, can not tell you how much I depended on that knife. Your dad knew from experience, a big knife would come in handy in my situation, God I loved that knife. I had it right up to day I got shot, unfortunately once you got dusted off the scavengers step right in and divvy up your goods. I can not begin to say how much the Connell family meant to my parents (your father and mother in particular). They made then feel like actual family members, can never forget the work they did putting together my dads retirement party. I have a picture taken at the Granitville Veterens Mamorial with your dad, Jackie and Billy and myself, we stayed for 45 min. and talked about everything Graniteville, it was a great look back to when everyone was a lot younger, We shared some great stories and a ton of laughs, stories about your grandfather, your uncles Tom and Danny, the pigs, you name it, we laughed about it. There's so much I could say about you family and how much they meant to the MacMillans, the memories will always be with us. If there is anything that we can do for you during this tough time, please do not hesitate to call on us. Both your dad and your mom will be missed but they will always be in our thoughts, they were such a big part of our lives
 With our deepest and sincere sympathy;
Chris and Paul MacMillan
