Michael Chaulk Obituary

39, on August 23, 2004, formerly of Natick, now of Fort Myers, FL. Loving son of Willis and Brenda (Paige) Chaulk of Naples, FL, formerly of Natick. Beloved brother of Bill Chaulk and his wife Kim of Fort Worth, TX, and their children Alexandria and Christopher. Also survived by his girlfriend Sharon Staton of Fort Myers, FL. Associated for numerous years with Chaulk Ambulance Corporation of Natick. Visitation on Friday, August 27, 2004, 6-9 PM ONLY at the John C. Bryant Funeral Home, 56 Pemberton Road, (off Route 30), COCHITUATE. Funeral Services on Sat. August 28, 2004 at 10am at Fisk Memorial United Methodist Church, 106 Walnut St. Natick. Interment to follow in the Chaulk family lot in Glenwood Cemetery in South Natick. In light of Michael's never ending service to those less fortunate, contributions, in lieu of flowers, may be made in his memory to www.leeredcross.org in effort to assist those victims devastated by Hurricane Charley.

Dear Mr. And Mrs. Chaulk,



I worked for the your company in the late 1980'-early 1990's. Tiger was excellent to work with and for. You should be proud of him. I am so sorry he is gone but know when you think of him he is near. My thoughts and prayers are with you.
