Rodger was one of the most genuine people I ever met . I remember once o had complimented him on some sneakers he had and a week later her got me a pair . We would always talk about sports and like . No matter where you saw Rodger , you saw a group of people chatting him up . It’s so sad that such an engaging, charming, family loving man is no longer here . He loved his wife and children and especially being a grandfather . His memory will always live on . My heart breaks for Debbie and the kids . You all are in my prayers . I know Rodger has heaven thoroughly entertained!

Rodger was truly one of a kind. One of the nicest people I ever encountered the type of person that goes out of their way to help anyone. Always asked genuinely about my family and life always there when you needed him. Your day wasn’t complete if you didn’t see Rodger somewhere on campus. Well dressed he would joke about how “Debbie be dressing me” Known for loving his Boston Sports teams and apparel, home improvements and his family most of all. You are truly going to missed it won’t be the same without you my friend. To Debbie, the children, grandchildren and family members my heartfelt condolences to you all. May God put your heart at ease at this most difficult time. R.I.P Rodge.

Rodger is deeply missed, GOD bless his soul. His kindness touched so many of us here at Harvard, and his good memories will never be forgotten. I was honored and proud to have been one of those who come to know and work with Rodge. I pray that GOD grant patience, strength and peace to Debbie, all of his family and loved ones.

Rodger was truly a great friend in & outside of work. He seemed to know everyone & always had a light greeting & smile to share as they walked by him. He took pleasure in fixing things & was always gracious enough to lend a hand. He was a true handy man armed with a story or two of his family & personal life. And if you listened close enough you might have caught him humming a favorite tune of his own. He was a great dresser too. I often teased him on how he coordinated everything he wore, from the hat down to his footwear. He was a social butterfly in his own way. If He casually flutter past you with a smile, you’d know. He will be missed. My thoughts and prayers are with his family during this time. Rest In Peace.

Hey, I'm so sorry this is where we are, I pray for strength for you all to get through this as best you can. I wish I could be there to support. Hopefully you all will find comfort that he has no more pain and suffering and his memories will bring you smiles and not tears.
Be strong my friends.

I would like to send my condolences to Rogers wife, kids & family he will be missed by many. He was a good husband, father & friend. I remember Rogers competitive nature on the basketball court which we both shared so I made the effort to team up with him the majority of the time, knowing if I didn’t it would go to the wire (real talk) may God bless his family & friends during this difficult time.
You will be in my prayers.

So saddened with the loss of Dean.
This is a great loss for all that knew him even my little one who called him grandpa just by hearing his own grandkids call out his name.
The courage and attention he gave to my family will never be forgotten...
Sending so much love and hugs to Debbie and the kids.

I was shocked and saddened when I heard the news of my good friend Rodger. I remember us having some fun competitive basketball games at Vanderbilt Hall. I will miss his laugh and his great outgoing personality. He and I had so much in common including the same birthday and we were both born at Boston City Hospital the same year. May God Bless his wife and family during this difficult time
