Kevin,
Please accept my condolences for Susan's passing. I remember her from our days in the DA's office together as a kind and intelligent woman. God Bles you at this difficult time.

I knew Susan through her job and wish that I had kept in touch when she left that job to do her real work. She was always a pleasure to see and speak with, and we are all diminished by her death.

Susan was my First Reader, and I was hers. We met at the Lydia Drake's Writers Group in Pembroke Mass, and haunted the local Dunkin Donuts with our conversations and manuscripts. Our emails would fly to each other sometimes six, seven, and more times a day.Susan was a caring, loving and giving person, who had a great sense of humor and a keen sense of observation...I will miss her greatly--there is an extreme silence and void in my life now--and my email is very, very quiet.
