Thomas Mirisola Obituary

MIRISOLA, Thomas S. Age 64, of Deerfield Beach, FL, died peacefully after a brave battle with cancer, Thursday, Dec. 22, 2011, surrounded by his loving family. Tom was born and raised in So. Boston and graduated So. Boston High in '65, worked in the marketing department for Gillette until he, "Did It His Way" and, moved to Dennis, to own and operate "Joe Mac's Restaurant". He retired to Florida in 1994 and continued in the restaurant business. He is survived by his loving wife of 36 years, Ann (Itri), son, Thomas and his wife, Michelle, daughter, Tina and her husband, Rick Farah. Son of the late Guy and Peggy Mirisola. He is the much loved "Pa" to his adored grandchildren, Dominic, Carly, and Mia. Also survived by his loving sister, Marie Antonellis, of Norwood, and brother, Michael, of Jacksonville Beach, FL, and many nieces, nephews, and cousins. Funeral arrangements made by All Faith Funeral Chapel, 1444 South Federal Highway, Deerfield Beach, FL 33441. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hospice by the Sea, 1531 W. Palmetto Park Rd., Boca Raton,Florida33486.

Tommy, it was sad to hear that you left us, but your second voyage will be better. One door closes, another is opened. We had some good times in Southie (well, with a few bumps in the road), and many, many laughs together. Even though you're gone, memories of you will never leave me. See you later, Tom.
