Bobby & Kathy, I am sendinng my condolances out to all of the Owens family on the passing of Tommy.
I have very fond memories of Tom when I was a marching member of The South Boston Jays Jay"s Drum & Bugle Corps. Tom always looked out for the young kids always making sure everyone was happy and well taken care of. May He Rest In Peace.
