We will hold Vin in our hearts with memories of good times over many years--at St. Vincent's parish in Sackville, NB, and in Wellesley and Newton on stops between Canada and relatives in New England. We shared many conversations over sermons, books, operas, and more--and shared many a brunch after Mass. We have now found this obit and will transmit the link to friends in Sackville. We send our condolences to his family.

Fr Vinny was a gift. When he was at Corpus Christi in Auburndale, MA, I often times was an altar server for when he served mass. I loved being with him on the altar. He was a real person, he laughed and joked with us, his homilies were honest and heart-felt. The world will miss him, God will welcome him with open arms.
