Loving mother of Nancy Lumia & her husband, Michael of Salem, Janet Brogan & her husband, Thomas of Waltham, Elaine Caramanica & her husband, Mark of Waltham and Donna DiMare & her husband, Paul of Marblehead. Dear sister of the late Catherine Fantucchio. She was the loving grandmother to 12 grandchildren, including the late Matthew Caramanica & Colin DiMare. Doting great-grandmother of ten great-grandchildren. A Visitation will be held on Friday, January 5, 2023, from 10:00 AM to 11:45 AM, in the MacDonald Rockwell & MacDonald Funeral Home, 270 Main St., WATERTOWN, followed by Funeral Mass in St. Patrick Church, 212 Main St., Watertown, at 12 Noon. Relatives and friends are kindly invited. Interment in St. Patrick Cemetery, Watertown. My memories of Vi go back to the 60's and 70's when I was her sister in law, friend, and neighbor to a family member who always made me feel welcome in her home. My condolences go out to her entire family who remembered her as a kind, thoughtful, and considerate person in connection to her loved ones. Her heartfelt eulogy was a tribute from her caring granddaughter, Nicole and reflected the person she truly was. She gave of her life the greatest gift one can give. Love and loyalty to her family! May she rest in peace for an achievement that she rightfully deserves.
