James Ham Obituary

James Robert Ham, Sr. of Palmetto, 77, died February 2, 2012 at his home. He was born on September 4, 1934 in South Bend, Ind. He is being cremated and a memorial service will be held Wednesday, February 8th from 5-7p.m. at Toale Brothers Bradenton Chapel, 912 53rd Ave. West. Survivors include his wife Beverly DeSear, a son James R. Ham, Jr. (Barbara) of Fort Wayne, Ind., a sister Judy Zielecki of Elkhart, Ind., a grand-daughter Julie Dickson of Fischers, Ind., grandson Jim Ham (Jill) of Fort Wayne, Ind. and great-grandchildren Haylie, Will and Nathan. He is also survived by his step-daughters Pam Andress (Dwight) and Stephanie (Daniel) Kelly as well as his step-grandchildren D.J., Zach-ary, Ethan, Miranda, Ryan and Devin and his many beloved golf buddies. Donations may be made to Lighthouse for the Blind.
