I had the pleasure of working for Mr. Frederick at Clover Farm in 1966. He was a very kind but firm boss he taught me a lot about responsibility may he rest in peace.

I will truly miss him, he was a great person and loved his stories he told me. I will remember and cherish all the things he told me. Rest in peace Rich, I will miss you.

Rich will be missed by all of us at Altercare .I will never forget the day I read his book to him about tricks pulled on a neighbor,that day him and I laughed together all through the book.Rest in peace Mr.Frederick you are in a much better place.Love you Phyllis ,Sharon Spears(Altercare)

i had the joy of taking care of him on 3rd shift and enjoyed his many stories and smiles he had for me. i miss him greatly. you are all in my prayers.
