Louise and I are second cousins and have been close since we were little girls together. I remember traveling out to Williamsville with my parents on a Sunday to visit her family, packing our car with food and extra clothes as if we were going to the next state. It was in the 1930´s and that was a big trip. Through the years we remained pals, visiting, writing to her at college, attending her wedding, visiting when the boys were born. We ended up living only about a mile away from one another for the last 60 plus years. Through all the years I loved her and I think she loved me too. I will miss her always. She was truly the sweet, kind, thoughtful person she appeared to be. Heaven will be a happier place because Louise is there.

We so enjoyed spending time with your mom and dad at holiday time with the Nicholson's and Ladowski's. I think her photo captures her kindness and lovely spirit.
