Cannon - Paul Henry Dateline: Blacksburg, S.C.
Mr. Paul Henry Cannon, 73, of 631 Kings Creek Drive, Blacksburg, S.C., entered into eternal rest on Wednesday, August 29, 2012, at the Upstate Carolina Medical Center in Gaffney. Born September 30, 1938, in Buffalo, NY, he was the son of the late Paul Edward Cannon and the late Anne Teloh Cannon. Mr. Cannon was a U.S. Army Veteran of the Vietnam War, a member of the VFW, and was of the Catholic Faith.
He is survived by one sister, Joan Cannon Nichols and husband Douglas of Hamburg, NY; one brother, James P. Cannon and wife Bonnie of Fort Myers, Florida; and several nieces and nephews. Visitation for Mr. Cannon will be Friday evening, August 31, 2012, from 6:00-8:00 pm in the SHUFORD-HATCHER FUNERAL HOME, 211 East Frederick Street, Gaffney, SC. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hospice Care of South Carolina, 1612 North Limestone Street, Gaffney, SC 29341. Shuford-Hatcher Funeral Home in Gaffney, SC is entrusted by the family for the care of Mr. Cannon. An online register is available at www.shufordhatcherfuneralhome.com
