Of Blasdell, NY, born February 24, 1953, passed away November 14, 2022 at the age of almost 70. Beloved son of the late Gunther and Elfriede (nee Mohr) Voss; loving brother of Claudia Yates, Susan Kelley, Christina Voss, and Dieter (Sheri) Voss; dearest uncle of Vanessa and Travis Yates, Rebecca and Scott Kelley, and Kiley, Kelsey, Collin, and Katherine Voss; also survived by cousins and their families, and friends. Peter was a proud Buffalo Bisons Season Ticket Holder since the opening of Pilot Field and a lifelong Yankees fan. Peter learned to ski at the age of 3 and enjoyed skiing his entire life. When he wasn't on the slopes, he was an avid reader. He was an active participant in the living history side of the Civil War Era North South Skirmish Association and loved road-tripping cross country to visit National Parks and historical sites. Peter happily retired from the Ford Motor Stamping Plant after 30 years. The family will be present to receive friends Tuesday November 29th from 3-7 PM at the (Hamburg Chapel) JOHN J.
