October 7, 2022. After a long and brave battle with cancer, our beloved Timothy P. Leonard has been called home. Tim is survived by his beloved wife Kristine (nee Burgess); children, Sara (Sam), Meaghan, Zackary (Lisa), and Jakob; dear son of the late Donald (late June) Leonard; siblings, Christopher (Anne), Kathryn (Jim) and Mary; four grandchildren, one niece, five nephews, many friends, and bandmates. Tim was active in the WNY Celtic Music scene for nearly 30 years, well known for both his voice and his ability on the guitar. A founding member of Kilbrannan, Penny Whiskey, McWhorter & Leonard, Tim was commonly found playing at The Shannon Pub, The Buffalo Irish Center, and area Celtic Festivals. Tim was a long-time employee of Dundas Jafine Inc. Memorials in Mr. Leonards's name may be made to Roswell Park Cancer Institute. A Celebration of Life will be held on Wednesday at BUSZKA FUNERAL HOME at 2085 Union Rd., West Seneca, from 4-7 PM with reception to follow. Flowers gratefully declined.
