Bill's passing has affected more than his immediate family, although, with them the most. I went to grammar school & high school with him. He was always a good friend to me. We used to spend hours driving up & down his parent's driveway in his Mercury or his Ford listening to the Hound. Through all these years I have never forgotten his friendship, I have thought of him often & will continue to remember all those fond memories of growing up together for the rest of my life. Thanks Bill.

My heart goes out to the Berchou family. Growing up as neighbors on Ivyhurst in Eggertsville, we did a lot of things together. I have many fine memories. I am sure he will watch over us. God bless.

I worked with Bill years ago on Niagara Street. He was a great guy and teacher. He will be missed. My sympathies to his loved ones.
