Robert Murray Densmore, 76, passed away on Nov. 18, 2011. Bob was born on March 25, 1935, in Burlington, to Reginald and Marjorie Densmore. His family was his treasure. Bob was a veteran of the U.S. Navy, where he served as a submariner. He sang, played the harmonica and loved fishing. Bob was formerly a member and deacon of Community Bible Church in South Burlington. Family members left to cherish his memory include his beloved wife of 51 years, Carole; his four children and their spouses; 18 grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. Precious memories and loving letters may be sent to Carole Densmore at 54 North Henry Court, South Burlington, VT 05403.

Brandi, I am so sorry to learn of Bob's passing, It's been a long time but I always liked you father so much. He was a great man. The stars at night just got brighter. You are in my prayers and thoughts. -Jim

Your light shines on forever in my heart, I love you sooo much! I don't know what a year feels like in heaven but down here it's a long time to be without you. I'm sure your mansion is right by a beautiful stream and you are finding your way around heaven pretty well and enjoying all the family you have with you. It grampa's bday today...I'm not sure how that works in heaven, but I am sure you are all together:) 0h and shhh!!! You will have a surprise guest showing up at the party. We just said goodbye to Laurie and she met Jesus whle she was here so I know she will be with you all today.(I wish I could see how beautiful she is now, all healed and healthy!) I love you daddy<3 Give Jesus and all my family in heaven a big hug and kiss from me! I will try and stay strong with Jesus' help until I see you all again...your baby girl, Brandi Sue
