Daniel Schroeder Obituary

Daniel "Dan" Schroeder, 46, of Butler passed away on Wednesday, Aug. 23, 2023.
Dan was born on March 18,1977, in Pittsburgh, and was the son to Donald Sr. and Deborah (Desch) Schroeder.
Daniel graduated from Knoch High School in 1995. He was employed at JV Manufacturing in Natrona Heights.
He married his high school sweetheart, Christina (McCanch) Schroeder, and they shared 29 amazing years together. He coached the Saxonburg Spartans Small Team. He was known to be a devoted and supportive father and husband, and he was involved in all his boys' activities.
Dan excelled in the art of busting the chops of all of his friends, however, he would do anything in the world for all of them. Dan was the life of the party and had an infectious laugh. He was loved by all who knew him and will be forever missed.
Along with his wife and parents, Dan is survived by his children, Brayden and Sawyer Schroeder; and his siblings, Donald Schroeder Jr. and Darlynn Schroeder.
SCHROEDER - The family of Daniel "Dan" Schroeder, who died Wednesday, Aug. 23, 2023, asks you to join them at 5 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 3, 2023, at New Life Church, 139 Knoch Road, Saxonburg.
Arrangements through SPENCER D. GEIBEL FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICES, 140 New Castle Road, Butler.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you give a cup of coffee or a meal to military personnel or first responders and thank them for their service, because that is what Dan would have done.

I am so sorry to hear of Dan's passing. I worked with Dan for many years at ETSI in Natrona heights. We became good friends at that time, and I will always remember our hunting days at the farm, playing golf, and racing our street cars at the dirt track with the other ETSI boys.

Although we hadn't been in touch for several years, I still consider him a good friend and am very sad to hear about this.

Unfortunately, I will be out of town during his service and unable to attend so please accept my deepest condolences.

Dear Debbie, Don, and Darlynn,
There are no words to convey our sorrow for your loss. May you find peace knowing you were there to spend time with him and help him in any way needed this past year. Dan knows you would have dropped everything to spend every precious, last moment by his side. Nothing would have held you back. Dan is still with you- his presence will be felt every day.
Love you guys,
Rose & Chuck Seibert
