Richard Bach Obituary

Richard Edward Bach, 81, of Cranberry Township, passed away peacefully on Saturday, Nov. 20, 2021, surrounded by his family.
Born on Aug. 12, 1940, in Pittsburgh, he was the son of the late Edward and Madeline Bach.
Rick married Barbara Ann Morrison on Sept. 23, 1960, and they cherished 61 years together.
Rick is survived by his sons, Rick Bach (Jennifer) and Kent McGill (Maria); daughters, Sandy Mueller (Mark), Robin Huffman (Keith) and Jacqueline Loeffler (David); son-in-law, Dean Cercone; and his sister, Marlene Bach Porter. He was blessed with 10 grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
In addition to his parents, Rick was preceded in death by his sister, Lorraine Bach Pietrzyk; and his daughter, Susan Bach Cercone.
Rick was an expert auto body technician who opened his own shop, Bach's Auto Body, in the early 1970s. He was a proud teacher at Beaver County Vo-Tech School for more than 20 years.
Rick was an artist, musician and avid motorcycle enthusiast. Above all he loved spending time with his family, his dogs, and helping and praying for others. He will be remembered for his deep faith in God, playing his guitar in his band and church, his artistic ability, his smile and great sense of humor. He always took care of everyone and, above all, was a great husband, father and friend.
Bach - Friends of Richard Edward Bach, who died Saturday, Nov. 20, 2021, will be received from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday and from 1 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Boylan-Glenn-Kildoo Funeral Home & Cremation, 130 Wisconsin Ave., Cranberry Township.
A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Wednesday at St. Ferdinand's Catholic Church, 2535 Rochester Road, Cranberry Township.
