Alicia Salazar SanchezCorpus Christi, TXAlicia Salazar Sanchez, age 85, passed away on February 5, 2015. She was very active in her church Centro de Adoracion Y Alevanza Cristo Viene; she was the owner of Tampico Taco Shop in the 70's; and a board Member of The Sister City to Tampico, Mexico. She loved to Crochet and sing at church. She will be dearly missed. She is preceded in death her husband of 31 years, Fortunato Bentacourt; parents, Luis and Margarita Salazar; sisters, Carlota, Josephina, Teresa, Tonita, Maria; and sister-in-law, Guadalupe Salazar.Alicia leaves behind her loving children, Alicia Saenz, Rodolfo Saenz; raised as her own, Mark Roberts; grandchildren, Rudy, Roy, Maggie, Martha, Cindy, Raul, Robert, Rosie, Rosario, Ruben; 24 grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; brothers, Luis Salazar, Simon Salazar; and numerous nephews and nieces.The family will be receiving friends on Sunday, February 8, 2015 at TreviÃ±o Funeral Home 3006 Niagara at Port from 5 pm to 9 pm; with a Prayer Service to be held at 6 pm. A church service will be held on Monday, February 9, 2015 at 11 am at Centro de Adoracion Y Alevanza Cristo Viene; burial to follow at Rose Hill Memorial Park.Condolences may be left at www.trevinofuneralhome.net
