David Cross Obituary

David Wilcher Cross II of Odenton passed away on January 26th, 2021 in a snowboarding accident in Aspen, Colorado. He was experiencing his dream of living and working on a beautiful Colorado mountain. David was a passionate soccer player who graduated from McDaniel College with a BA in Exercise Science. In life, David enjoyed every adventure he encountered and embraced every challenge set before him with strength and determination. David did not have fear. He had a desire to experience opportunities for thrill and excitement, including sports, wakeboarding, diving, skateboarding, fishing, camping, hiking, and snowboarding. He is survived by his parents, Dave and Tammy Cross, his sisters, Casey Amarnek and Carly Disque, his nephews, Caden Amarnek, Ethan Disque, and Bodhi Disque, and his fiancé, Lauren Martzke. He will be remembered as a gentle soul of few words who loved animals and lived life to the fullest. His passion for adventure inspires us to enjoy every moment God gives us with zeal, grace, and thankfulness. David will be remembered with joy during a Celebration of Life on May 1st.
