Joseph Williams, Sr., "Joe", 62 years old, of West Palm Beach, passed away peacefully on Monday, April 21, 2014 at VITAS Hospice with his devoted wife, Faye Smith Williams, by his side. His Children and other family members had been with him during the day until night fall. Joseph was a devoted husband and father to his children. Joseph worked as a construction foreman for many years before starting a business with his wife. Joe also enjoyed playing basketball, softball and tennis he played on several leagues in palm beach county. He was very athletic. Joe was born in Colquitt, GA on January 28, 1952 to Will Wilson and Lucille Williams both parents predeceased. Joe is survived by his five children, Renee Smith of Georgia, Stephanie Williams, Anton Smith, Esq., Natara Smith and Joseph Williams, Jr., all of Palm Beach County his seven grandchildren, Amber, Jeremiah, Najei, Teneika, Joseph III, all of Palm Beach County, Keisha of Georgia and Tajei of New York; brother, Paul; sister, Nellie of Georgia and a host of nieces and nephews family and friends. A viewing will be held at Shuler's Memorial Chapel from 5:00PM until 8:00PM on May 2, 2014 at 606 Australian Ave, West Palm Beach. The Celebration of Life and Repast luncheon will take place at United Methodist Church of the Palm Beaches, 900 Brandywine Rd., West Palm Beach, FL 33409. Burial will take place at Glenwood Cemetery Riviera Beach, FL.
