Luella Basham Obituary

BASHAM, Luella Luella Stults Basham, 72, of Summerville, South Carolina and formerly of Murrayville died August 31, 2007 at the Summerville Medical Center in Summerville. She was born Jan. 18, 1935 in Carlinville, IL the daughter of Coy Howard and Rose Ellen Scharfenburg Stults. She married William R. Basham May 26, 1967 in Jacksonville. He preceded her in death May 16, 2000. Survivors are: one daughter, Margie (husband, Randy) Barner of Springfield, IL; one son, William (wife, Eva) Garriott of Summerville, SC; on stepdaughter, Linda (husband, Rick) Crooks of Ashland, Ohio; one stepson, Brian (wife, Peggy) Basham of Maumelle, Arkansas, ten grandchildren; one great grandchild; and one sister, Ella Wilson of Green Valley, Arizona. Mrs. Basham was a member of the Murrayville United Methodist Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m. Wednesday at the MACKEY DAWS FUNERAL HOME in Murrayville. Visitation will be Wednesday from 9:00 a.m. until time of the service. Interment will be in the Murrayville City Cemetery. Memorials are suggested to the Murrayville United Methodist Church.
