Charlotte, North Carolina - We are saddened by the absence of Charles Edward Carrouthers,80, who was preceded in death by his parents Edward and Margaret Carrouthers.
The funeral will be held Friday, November 10, 2023, at 12:00 p.m. with visitation at 11:30 p.m. at the Greater Galilee Baptist Church 501 W Park Ave, Charlotte, NC 28203

I am so sorry for your loss he was my mother's dearest friend and colleague when they worked for Baltimore City Schools. I had been trying to search for him to reach out but God knows best. My sincere Condolences. He talked about his family in NC a great deal.
