Orla Asbury Obituary
NORTH MYRTLE BEACH -- Mr. Asbury, 82, died Thursday, October 30, 2003 at Myrtle Beach Manor.
He was born on June 23, 1921 in Charlotte, NC a son of the late Orla F. and Mabel Dabbs Asbury, Jr. He graduated from Central High School in Charlotte and attended NC State University and Carolina Business College in Charlotte.
Survivors include his wife of 60 years, Alice Marie Asbury of North Myrtle Beach; two daughters, Sandra Hlubik of Columbus, NJ, and Karen Asbury of Durham, NC; two granddaughters; and several nieces and a nephew.
Services will be private with the family.
The family is being served by Lee Funeral Home and Crematory of Little River/North Myrtle Beach.
