Otto Juergens Obituary

Otto Juergens, Jr., age 88 lifetime Cook County resident, went home to be with the Lord on May 22, 2014. He is survived by his loving and devoted wife of 65 1/2 years, Olga. His children William (Cathy), Glen (Patricia), Dorothy Ruschau (William), Keith (Karyl). Grandchildren Stacey, Rob, Matt, Ty, Leah, Adam, Cheryl, Beth, Travis and Adrienne. 14 greatgrandchildren. Sisters Edna Bechstein, Ruth Wade, Helen Allen, Lucille Topolski and numerous nieces, nephews and friends. Otto served his country in WWII in the 68th Army/Air Force 101st Weather Group. He was employed by Twietmeyer Farms Dairy in Homewood, (where he met his wife Olga), O.E. Bolls in Hammond and Bechstein Construction Co. Visitation will be held on Monday, May 26th from 4:00pm-8:00pm at Heartland Memorial Center 7151 W. 183rd St., Tinley Park. Funeral Tuesday at Salem Lutheran Church 18324 S. Ashland Ave, Homewood. Visitation 10:00am until time of Service at 10:30am. Interment Zion Lutheran Cemetery, Matteson, IL. For info or to sign the guestbook heartlandmemorial.com or 708-444-2266.
