I knew Bob from the old 8th district station, I took over his foot post on 69th street. Any time I needed a questioned answered, he was more then happy to help. The last time I saw Bob was on Austin Ave. while he was riding his motorcycle we waved at each other in passing. Bob was a great person and he will be missed. My prayers are with him and the family..

Bob was a great friend and neighbor to me. He was a generous and happy soul, who always had a kind word for everyone. He cared so much for his sons and family, and was a proud Veteran and Police officer. I will miss him so much. He was a blessing in my life.
