Dorothy, dear friend, you are still very loved and missed. Ellen and Sarah came to visit me recently, and we had such a nice lunch and visit remembering you and Malcom. Put the coffee pot on, we'll get together soon girlfriend.

I met Dorothy when my husband and I noved to Las Plumas in 1959. We've been friends for almost 60 years and she will be sorely missed. Dorothy was absolutely the most kind, generous person I've ever known, and I'm honored to have been her friend. My thoughts and hearts are with her family at this difficult time.

My mother Lillian Shaffer was very good friends with Dorothy. I remember visiting her with my Mom, she was very kind. They are having a great conversation in heaven drinking their cup of coffee.
