Darlene M. Roshell
CHIPPEWA FALLS - Darlene M. Roshell, 84, of Chippewa Falls, passed away peacefully at the Chippewa Manor under the care of Mayo Home Health & Hospice, on Tuesday, April 2, 2024.
On December 4, 1939, Darlene was born to Ora and Emma (Frolik) Randall in Cornell, WI. She married Elmer Roshell on August 25, 1962.
Darlene worked at St. Joseph's Hospital and loved to bake and gave goodies to friends, neighbors, and relatives. Camping trips with Elmer and the kids were cherished memories dear to Darlene's heart.
Darlene is survived by her five children: David Roshell of Eau Claire, Rick Roshell of Chippewa Falls, Mark (Kari) Roshell of Cadott, Debra (Al) Goulet of Cadott, Lynn (Rick) Liedl of Elk Mound; grandchildren: Logan Roshell, Lucas Roshell, Lacey (Zach) Ashwell, Dani (Jason) Ramseier, Nicole (Aaron Erickson) Goulet, Alexis (Jake) Roth and Riley (Alexa Mercier) Roshell; great-grandchildren: Blake and Owen Ramseier, Brody, Brock and Bronz Ashwell, William Roshell and John Robert Roth; along with many nieces, nephews and other loving family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Elmer; brothers: Clarence, Kenneth, Ernest, James, Harvey, Raymond Randall; sisters: Gladys Lund, Charlotte Larson and Lillian Nicholson.
The funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, April, 6, 2024, at Central Lutheran Church, 28 E. Columbia St., Chippewa Falls, with a visitation one hour prior to the service at church. Rev. Aaron Sturgis will be officiating. The interment will be in Forest Hill Cemetery, Chippewa Falls.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to Central Lutheran Church.
