My Uncle Al was a quiet, gentle man. In my younger years I remember thinking Uncle Al was always working on a project. He never sat down. My fondest memories were hanging around with him in the Wegelin's back yard either helping pull grapes off the vines or in the Powwow ground that Uncle Al built. He also taught me how to build several different types of fire in the Powwow fire pit. My later years my memory of Uncle Al was sitting on his tractor...so happy. I will always remember Uncle Al fondly and happy knowing he is in heaven with Aunt Martha.
