Arlene R. NORRIS

1921 - 2010

NORRIS Arlene R., age 89, passed away Dec. 2, 2010 in Independence, MO. She was a resident of Finneytown for 52 years, until moving to Missouri 4 years ago.Arlene was born to William and Winnie McGruer of Port Huron, MI. She married Paul Norris in 1944. She earned a Master's Degree from the University of Michigan, and taught school for several years, later applying her skills and compassion for others as a minister in the Community of Christ church. Arlene is survived by her daughter Gail Lundeen and son-in-law Rob, son David Norris and daughter-in-law Linda, and grandchildren Elizabeth and Kyle Lundeen. She was preceded in death by her husband, Paul. A memorial service celebrating Arlene's life will be held in Cincinnati in the spring.
