Donna Starr (nee First) of Newtown. Beloved wife of 50 years to Gerald "Jerry" Wellman. Loving mother of Jim (Terri) Oswald, Diana Flack, Jerri Lynn Harrison, Jodi Couch, and Dan (Brenda) Wellman. Sister of the late Robert First. Grandmother of Holly, Glenn, Amanda, Kelly, Keri, Jim, Shannon, Sam, Tyler, Austin, Mariah, Lyndsey and the Late Bobby Couch. Great-Grandmother of Dylan, Tori, Kylley and Sabastian. April 27, 2013, Age 72. Family will receive friends 5 - 9 PM Tuesday and again 10 AM until 12 Noon Service Wednesday at the Moore Family Funeral Home Newtown. Interment Batavia Union Cemetery

I am so sorry for the loss of your beautiful mother. She is a wonderful lady. I remember the camping trips to Indian lake and the Trivial pursuit games that I was terrible at. And it was Donna who gave me my first taste of Gold Star chili. I know she will be watching down on all you and taking care of business. Warmest regards.
