We grew up on Olive Street just a few doors down from Frank and remember him quite well. The news of his passing saddened me but also brought back sweet memories of the old neighborhood in which we loved, laugh, and made memories. On behalf of the entire Tillman family, we extend our sincerest condolences to the Johnson/London family. May Spirit hold you close at this time. In love and peace.....Sabrina and Jeff Carter
