GRIER, Geraldine Funeral Services for Mrs. Geraldine Scott Grier will be held 1PM Saturday Sept 28, 2013 at the Haugabrooks Chapel, Bishop J D. Means officiating, interment Southview Cemetery. She is survived by her husband Henry Grier, six son's Rodney Scott, Gregory Thomas, Derrick Scott, Darrell Scott, Anthony Scott and Barry Scott; one Daughter Cynthia Scott Marshall; one sister Christine Leonard and a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren other relatives and friends. Everyone is asked to assemble at 2100 Lumby Drive Decatur Ga at 12 NoonHaugabrooks Funeral Home 404 522 8217

To the Grier family I am sorry to hear of the loss of your love one. I just found out today. I worked with Ms.G at Troutman Sanders and she was a sweet person who always had a word of wisdom to share with me Rest in Peace Ms G and to the family may God always bless and keep you all.

My grandmother will be missed dearly. I just wish we were a little closer but distance kept us apart. The last thing my grandmother said to me was "Gosh you've grown and your so pretty". I never knew that would be our last words but I love her & she is in a better place now. <3

Ms. G's had the biggest smile and always made me laugh. Her kind heart and sincerity made her one of the best peope to work with at TS. May her soul rest peacefully in the presence of the Lord.

Mrs. G was sweet and straight forward. She had no problem telling me when I was wrong and when she was proud. Her Troutman family truly loved her and she will be dearly missed. To be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord. Rest In Heaven

Geraldine always had such a bright smile for everyone at Troutman Sanders that helped start our day. She was such a joyful person. While we who are left behind will miss her, I feel sure heaven will welcome such a lovely person and now she can smile and hopefully welcome us when it is our time to go.
