LOVETT
John E. Lovett was born into this life on October 8, 1929 in Holly Hill, Kentucky and went to be with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on November 2, 2014 in Cincinnati, Ohio. He was preceded in death by his parents, Oscal and Myrtle Lovett, his sister Ruth Smith and her husband Ancil. He leaves to honor his memory his niece Kim Smith, along with numerous other family members. John was also survived by his caregivers Donna Good and Thomas Hopkins, who took him into their home and provided care for him in his last days, his loyal friend Trina Emig who showed many kindnesses to him over the years, his friends at Queen City Hospice who also gave compassionate care, as well as a host of other individuals who have gone out of their way to add moments of sunshine to his life. John was an employee of General Electric in Cincinnati for approximately 25 years. His funeral services will be officiated by Rev. Billy Mitchell on Wednesday, November 5, 2014 at 1pm at Pleasant Run Church in McCreary County, KY. Prior to the service, a visitation will be held at Ellison Funeral Home, 512 Main Street, Williamsburg, KY from 11am-12pm. Condolences may be made to the family at www.ellisonfh.com. Ellison Funeral Home of Williamsburg is in charge of these arrangements.
