Lawrence W. Beloved husband of Susan Tenoever (née Schwind). Loving father of Karen (the late Matt) Zerbe, Kenneth, Keith (Jody) Tenoever and step-father of Jay Plogman (Edson Cabalfin), Shari (Jim) Krems and David Plogman (Candy Shannon). Devoted grandfather of 6 grandchildren. Dear brother of Carol Thaxton, Joan (Larry) Gindling, Pat (Ray) Gruelich and Peggy Saalfeld. Pipefitter with Local 392 and veteran of the U.S. Navy. Passed away peacefully on Sunday, September 17, 2017 at 81 years of age. Visitation on SATURDAY at St. Teresa of Avila Church, 1175 Overlook Ave., from 9:30 AM until time of Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 AM. On behalf of the Blue Star Mothers of America, Inc., please accept our deepest condolences in memory of your loved one,Lawrence W. Teneoever.
The loss of a love one, can leave you with a lot of unanswered question, feelings of stress and anxiety and grief that make events so difficult to handle. A large part of the mission of Blue Star Mothers of America, Inc., is to honor, respect and remember all fallen Veterans of our Military Armed Forces who have worn the uniform of our country and was willing to stand for our freedom. No one can prepare you for the loss of a love one. It comes like a swift wind.
However, may you take comfort in knowing that Anthony is now resting in the arms of our Heavenly Father. At this difficult time in your life, we pray that God will grant you the serenity and peace that you need to get through this. May you stay strong and know that you are remembered in our thoughts and prayers.
We sincerely hope that you can find some solace knowing that your loss is shared so deeply.
