Deepest condolences to the Jarnicki family. I worked along side Oscar on multiple complex business transactions and can say at every turn Oscar acted as a true gentleman with grace as if he had a higher calling and purpose. I learned so much from Oscar and will do all I can to honor his legacy. I miss my friend. Thank you, Oscar.

I nicknamed Oscar “The Champ”. He was a Champ in every possible way. Oscar was a self-made, very successful businessman. He was leader in every aspect of his life, who was loved and respected by those in his community. And, OJ was a good and trusted friend.

Oscar’s was a life well-lived. I will miss my friend.

My deepest sympathy for Oscar’s family. I was a previous employee of Oscar’s at Eastgate Village. I will always remember how kind and caring that Oscar was to me and everyone that was around him. You could tell that Oscar really did care about the residents of Eastgate Village by how he interacted with them. He truly did care about the senior citizens that lived at the Village. His family will be in my thoughts and prayers.
