Circleville Dora Ellen (Diehl) Temple, age 92, Circleville, peacefully passed on January 8, 2025. She was born February 11, 1932 to Jessie and Jennie (Routte) Diehl in Hocking County, Ohio. Dora was married to Francis "Frank" Allen Temple (deceased) for 38 years. Dora is preceded in death by her parents and her siblings Gertrude, David, Ruby, Norma, Esther, Dessie, Raymond, Everett and John. Dora has six children: Sue (John) Sayre, deceased; Jerry Temple, deceased; Gary Temple, deceased; Marvin (Jeanne) Temple; Mary (Russ) Farleigh; and Jimmy (Ruth) Temple. Dora's grandchildren are Angie (David) Bowens, Heath (Andrea) Farleigh, Jessica (CJ) Buckner, Beth Ann (Francis) Tilley, Laura Joe (Ted) Krallis, Dylan Tilley, Chad Temple, Sam (Samantha) Sayre, Ed Syre. Dora's great grandchildren are Kayla Bowens, Mark (Abbie) Brown, Allie Buckner, Darin Buckner, Keaka (MaKenzie) Farleigh, Kekoa Farleigh, Bryssa Tilley, Emma Lane Tilley, Drake Krallis, Braydon Temple, Brandon, Dalton and Jessika. Great, great grandchildren are Colt Wiseman, Kacey Keller, Dillan and Kenlyn. She leaves behind her special friend Norma Burton. Dora had a strong, deep love for her family. Her love knew no bounds for what she would do for her children. She was the best homemade cook in ten counties and she was an avid bingo player. The family wants to give appreciation for Pickaway Manor for treating Mom as family for the last ten years. Funeral services will be held on Monday, January 13, 2025 at 12:00 p.m. at the Wellman Funeral Home, Circleville with burial to follow in Hitler Ludwig Cemetery.
