Marshall - Della Marie Anderson Roberts, 75, of 433 Rector Branch Road, passed away Wednesday, February 18, 2015 at Mission Hospital.
Mrs. Roberts was the daughter of the late William Curtis and Martha Roberts Anderson. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband, Wade Roberts; son, Wayne Dale Roberts; sisters, Nora Anderson, Edna Roberts (Calvin), Juanita Baldwin, and Robbie Evans (Ernest); brothers, Ogden (Ethel), Carl (Ronnie), Raymond (Annie Mae), Dorsey (Anna Lou), J. T., Ted (Norma), Grover, Ralph and Albert Anderson; brothers-in-law, Ernest Evans, Wade Bridges, and James Gosnell.
Mrs. Roberts is survived by her daughter, Sandra Holcombe; and son, Randy Roberts; grandchildren, Jody Roberts, Lindsay Roberts, Dylan Roberts, Jamie Payne (Neil), Brian Holcombe (Pam), Daniel Roberts (Tiffany), and Martha Rice (Chris); great-grandchildren, Sarah Payne, Shelby Roberts and Creed Rice; sisters, Eleana Gosnell, Pearalee Bridges, and Waltean Worley; sisters-in-law, Jean Anderson and Pat Anderson and several nephews and nieces including Willie Ogle, Wilma Anderson, Ernesteen Haynie, Darlyne Rhinehart and Marlene Frisby.
The family will receive friends on Monday, February 23rd, from 1-2 p.m. with the funeral to begin at 2:00 p.m. at Robbie Capps Memorial Chapel of Blue Ridge Funeral Service. Reverend David Brigmon will officiate. Burial will follow in North Fork Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Cheyenne Evans, Marty Evans, Forrest Evans, Bobby Dean Rice, Lester Sawyer and Daniel Brigham.
At other times the family will be at Mrs. Roberts' residence.
