Marc Millette Obituary

Marc Victor Millette

Barnardsville - Marc Victor Millette, 54, of Barnardsville, passed away December 2, 2016. He was the son of Victor Edgar and Pauline Aurore Larence Millette. Mr. Millette was an Army Veteran having served for 20 years, a 4th degree Knight with the Knights of Columbus, a member of Vance Masonic Lodge and also a member of the lodge in Sebastian, Fl. Marc was very involved in The American Legion, post 189 in Sebastian, Fl helping raise money for many years.

In addition to his parents he is survived by his wife, Christina Marie Janssen Millette, daughters, Melissa Millette-Wells (Johnathan), Sam Janssen, Kimberly Pauline, Holly Jeanne and Sarah Victoria Millette; sister, Christine Pauline Millette; brother, Steven Michael Millette; grandchildren, Caleb, Jacob and Joshua Wells, Samuel, Kerrie, Luc and Katelyn Janssen.

The family will receive friends 6-8:00pm Monday, December 5, 2106 at Blue Ridge Funeral Service. A funeral mass will be held 11:00am, Tuesday, December 6, 2016 at St. Andrew the Apostle Catholic Church, 149 Brook Street, Mars Hill, NC, with Father Fred M. Werth Jr. will officiate. The burial will take place at WNC Veterans Cemetery at a later date.
