Frances Fronzoni Obituary

On Thursday the 26th of June, 2014, Frances (Babe) Fronzoni, 78, of Pringle, surrounded by family, passed into eternal rest.

She was born in Kingston on Nov. 22, 1935, the daughter of the late William and Frances Danielczyk and stepdaughter of the late Stella Danielczyk, all of Larksville.

She was a life member of Holy Family Church, Luzerne.

She was preceded in death by her husband, John (Fritz) Fronzoni, and son, Ronald Fronzoni, both of Pringle; and brother, William Danielczyk, Flanders, N.J.

She graduated from Larksville High School in 1953.

She was extremely devoted to her family, and as the matriarch, provided the wisdom and support to guide them through their lives. While her own family of five children were central in her life, she took special pride in her four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

She was a life "Pringle Hiller" and was very active with the Pringle Pioneer Volunteer Fire Co. Auxiliary, frying her share of potato pancakes during bazaar week. She was a skilled craftswoman and seamstress, also working in crochet, plastic, canvas, beaded ornaments and doll making. She worked at several locations including her father's restaurant, Wilkies Café, Larksville, and the Della Robbia Craft Shop, Kingston.

Her selfless actions through life made her the epitome of a wife, mother, grandmother, friend and confidant. Qualities that are hard to find and will be sorely missed.

She is survived by her sister, Barbara Miskiewicz and husband, Tony, Toms River, N.J.; brother, Robert Danielczyk and his wife, Lisa, Erie; sons, John and his wife, Doreen, Larksville; Jim and his wife, Susan, Dallas; and Gary and his wife, Ann (Cianflone), Forty Fort; daughter, Lisa and her husband, Matthew Malcolm, Shavertown; daughter-in-law, Debra Fronzoni, Pringle; grandchildren, John Francis Fronzoni, Larksville; April Fronzoni Bertin and husband, Ryan, Ann Arbor, Mich.; Marina Malcolm, Shavertown; and Morgan Malcolm and fiancé, Anthony Scissel, Canton, Ga.; three great-grandchildren, Henry Ryan Bertin, Olivia Elizabeth Bertin and Rowan Jayde Scissel; along with many other loving relatives.

The funeral will begin at 9:30 a.m. Monday from Kopicki Funeral Home, 263 Zerby Ave., Kingston, with a Mass of Christian Burial held at 10 a.m. in Holy Family Church, Luzerne.

Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. Sunday at Kopicki Funeral Home.

Interment will be in Italian Independent Cemetery, West Wyoming.

A special thank you to Dr. Citti and staff and the Kingston Healthcare Center and staff for their compassionate care.

In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made to the Pringle Pioneer Volunteer Fire Co., 89 Evans St., Pringle, PA 18704, or Holy Family Parish, 574 Bennett St., Luzerne, PA 18709.
