John and I worked together at The Commonwealth Medical College during it's founding years. He was a wonderful colleague and friend. John was instrumental in the development of course materials for first year medical students. He loved teaching and mentoring and he was greatly appreciated by his students. My deepest sympathy to his family and dear friends.

My dearest brother. You were the first to hold me after I was born. Throughout my life you took care of me and now I know you are in heaven and will always watch over me. I will miss your sense of humor, our times on the ocean and holidays. You meant so much to all my children. They always looked up to you as a role model. I will always keep you in my thoughts and prayers till we meet again. Love, Marian
