Joseph Charles Lukasavage, 75, of Pittston, passed away Tuesday, Nov. 7, 2023, at home after a lengthy illness.
Born in Pittston on Dec. 15, 1947, he was the son of the late Frank and Mary Spudis Lukasavage.
He was a graduate of Pittston High School. He worked in maintenance at local hospitals.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Francis Lukasavage; sister, Marion Schultz; and niece, Brenda Schultz.
Surviving Joseph are his longtime companion of 48 years, Dorothy Manganiello; brother, Bill Lukasavage (Judy), Pittston; sister, Olga Lukasavage, Scranton; and nieces and nephews, Billy, Michael (Shante) Lukasavage and Robert Schultz.
The family will receive friends and relatives from 10 to 11 a.m. Tuesday in St. John the Evangelist Church, 35 William St., Pittston. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Interment will follow in St. Casimir's Cemetery, Pittston.
