Susan Pappas Obituary

Susan M. Pappas, 51, of the North End section of Wilkes-Barre, passed away Monday evening, May 22, 2023, in Wilkes-Barre General Hospital.

Born Sept. 22, 1971, she was the daughter of the late Richard and Ann Marie Pappas.

Susan attended Elmer L. Meyers High School, Wilkes-Barre.

Surviving are her children, Stephanie Hummel, Edwardsville; Brent Hummel, Wilkes-Barre Twp.; Corey Hummel; and Shawn Pappas, both of Wilkes-Barre; grandchildren, Alyvia Brant; Landon Hummel; and Bella McDermott, fiancé, Anthony Wren, Wilkes-Barre; sisters, Cheri Pappas, Kingston; and Sandy Pappas Zeek and her husband, Curtis, Wilkes-Barre Twp.; and nieces, nephews, great-nieces and cousins.

Graveside services will be held at 10 a.m. Monday, June 5, in Wilkes-Barre City Cemetery, River Street, Wilkes-Barre.

Arrangements are entrusted to Corcoran Funeral Home Inc., 20 S. Main St., Plains Twp.
