Jacquelyn Carter Obituary

Jacquelyn R. Carter, 81, of Topeka, passed away on Friday, September 16, 2011 at her home. She was born on May 3, 1930 in Washington, D.C. to Walter and Helen Brown. Ms. Carter retired from Stormont-Vail Hospital where she was employed with the hospitality department. She is survived by her children, Cynthia Branam of Fairfield, IA, Kenneth Carter, Jay Carter, Cherie Carter and Steven Williams all of Topeka. A memorial ceremony will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, September 30, 2011 at KNI in the Wheatland Building, 3107 SW 21st St., Topeka. Dove Cremation & Funeral Service is assisting with arrangements. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, 1315 SW Arrowhead Rd, Topeka, KS 66604.
