Julia Lockamy Obituary
CLINTON — Mrs. Julia Marie Peacock Lockamy, 75, of 3324 Odom Road, passed away Saturday, Jan. 20, 2018 at her home.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, Jan. 22, at Royal-Hall Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Charles Ray Jernigan officiating. Burial will follow at Grandview Memorial Park.
Born on March 15, 1942 in Vance County, Julia was the daughter of the late David and Essie Davidson Peacock. Julia enjoyed being a homemaker where she loved caring for her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Julia is survived by her loving husband, Billy C. Lockamy; two daughters, Angela Mercer and Linda Edwards, husband, Jason all of Clinton; stepdaughter, Michelle Skozlas of New York; four grandchildren, Cassidy Edwards, Turner Edwards, Christopher Royal and Michaela Mercer; two great-grandchildren, Savannah Lucas and Carson Royal.
The family will receive friends two hours prior to the service beginning at noon at Royal-Hall Funeral Home Chapel and other times at the home of Linda and Jason Edwards, 82 Oxendine Lane Clinton, NC. Condolences may be sent by visiting www.royalhallfuneralhome.com
